10. Niko Kovac: Bayern Munich
In his first season as Bayern Manager last season, Kovac helped guide the team to a domestic double, as well as secured the DFL SuperCup at the beginning of his campaign. Kovac previously managed Frankfort, where he showed swagger in managing his side to a DFL Pokal Final.
Kovac loves to emphasize the use of wing play, which is where he thrives at Bayern. Bayern has the luxury of having so many quality wingers in their side, which helps him implement his tactics.
Kovac is set to be at Bayern at least until 2021, as I believe he will produce and become one of the best managers in world football.
